Information Protection

Centro Internacional de Negocios Monterrey, A.C. maintains strict protection mechanisms to guarantee the safety, integrity, privacy, and confidentiality of the information we obtain. 

 

Treatment

Your personal data will be used for any or all of the following purposes:

  • To provide information about our products, services,
  • Marketing activities
  • Publicity
  • Promotions
  • Commercial prospection
  • To evaluate quality and functioning of our services, and for strategic suppliers, including programmed events, exposition space, and permanent offices (Condominos), as well as parking and safety during your stay on our premises. 

 

Personal Information

For such purposes as described above, we may collect your information in several ways: when you directly provide information in our formats, on telephone calls, or in person; when you visit our website or use our online services; when participating as an organizer, exhibitor, or visitor at an event; or when we obtain information through other legally authorized sources. 

We can obtain some or all of the following information: complete name, address, telephone, sex, age, and e-mail. 

In the case of a lost parking voucher, you will be asked to provide the following information: make, model, and license plates of your vehicle, as well as the information contained in the registration card and on your Mexican voting registration card, or on another official identification document. 

 

Access, Revocation, Cancellation, and Opposition

You have the right to access the personal data we have obtained about you, as well as to receive an explanation of how such data will be used. You have the right to rectify the information in case something is inaccurate, or provide instructions to cancel such data when you consider it excessive or unnecessary for the purposes justifying its collection. Furthermore you can object to the handling of your data for specific uses. Finally, you can revoke the agreement you have with us for the use of your personal information, in order to stop its use. 

The mechanism we have established to exercise the aforementioned rights is by submission of a request to our Safety Department, whose address is:  Ave. Fundidora 501 Col. Obrera, Monterrey, N.L., México; telephone 52 (81) 8369 6969. You should present official identification, such as a Mexican voting registration card or passport. Your request should be accompanied by the following information: identification documents, or a legal representative of the owner, documents with the owner’s name, and an e-mail or a telephone number where the owner can be located to receive notification of the results of his or her request. There should also be a clear, accurate description of the personal information corresponding to the rights being exercised, as well as any other element that will allow us to locate the corresponding personal information. 

We request 20 business days to attend your request and will inform you of the results at the same telephone and/or e-mail you have provided. 

Depending on the type of request, it could become impossible for the Centro Internacional de Negocios Monterrey, A.C. to continue a working relationship with the employee, and such a resolution will be promptly reported to said employee.

Transference

Centro Internacional de Negocios Monterrey, A.C. will not transfer your personal information to third parties, except in the case of strategic suppliers and social alliances for recommendation of their services to clients for events, and only according to the requirements or prevision of the current laws.
