Monterrey has more than 16,000 rooms, 691 of which are within walking distance of CINTERMEX, distributed in 4 hotels within, attached, adjacent and/or across the street (within one block).

Where can I pay for parking? We have parking ATMs located at strategic points: Access E2, access E3 and E4, N1 of the Parking Tower and on the Ground Floor, by room E. You can also pay through our App.

Where can I find restrooms? Restrooms for the general public are located in the Arcada (main corridor) on the sides of room B, on the ground floor.

Likewise, inside each exhibition hall there are bathrooms. You can also find them in the common areas of the Convention Center.

How can I locate the event, room or hall that I want to visit? At CINTERMEX we have:

• Interactive planes. Touch screens where you can see where you are and mark where you want to go, so you know how to get there.
• Screens to locate your event and with events of the day. In these screens you will find a route to get to the room and the events that take place the day you visit us.
• Ground Floor: Rooms A1 to H, LA ARCADA 1200 restaurant, convenience store, ATMs, MTY 400 room and VIP room.
• First Level: CINTERMEX general offices and rooms 101 to 112.
• Second Level: Conventions 1 (Mexico, USA, Canada, Europe, Great Hall [201-206], Oceania and Antarctica). Conventions 2 (Great Room [301-309], La Silla room and terrace).

Do you have medical or first aid service? At CINTERMEX we have an area for first aid care, being operated and attended by Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). It is equipped with rigid and transfer stretchers, oxygen, immobilization equipment, wheelchairs, fixed and portable first-aid kits, as well as two automated external defibrillators (AED) to respond to life-threatening situations.

The service includes transportation by ambulance at no cost, if necessary, to the hospital indicated by the patient.

It is located in the Arcada (main corridor) on the ground floor, in front of room C.

* The hours of operation are from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 22:00 hrs., or extend its hours according to the activities of the venue.

Lost objects. If you wish to report a lost object, go to a CINTEREMX security element, it will be located at the entrances to the venue. It will give you a form to fill out, reporting the lost object. In case they deliver it to us, we will let you know.
